Last time I was here, I installed a temporary fix to make rain fall off to the side of the deck.
It wasn’t very pretty, so now I replaced it with a pretty alternative; a rain chain down spout.
I had to fake the rain, as none is forecasted for the coming weeks.
It may need a little tweaking to make it spill less, but it looks nice.

I take it is attached at the bottom too, otherwise it will swing wild in the wind.
Cool & fitting, I think.
Yeah, it has a weight at the bottom and a bell, but I might just fix the bottom to the deck joists.

With a bedroom and bathroom more it’s likely that the price will go up as well as occupancy.
